1. Punctuality & Studio Setup

Log in 10 minutes prior with optimal lighting, audio, and uncluttered studio background.

2. Student Safety & Anatomical Adjustments

Inquire about health conditions and provide safe modifications for each posture.

3. Compassionate Communication

Maintain encouraging, respectful, and non-judgmental instruction at all times.

4. Yogic Ethics (Ahimsa & Satya)

Embody non-violence and honesty. Never encourage strain or aggressive pushing.

5. Student Privacy & Confidentiality

Strictly protect personal data and health disclosures within Ananta Yoga protocols.

6. Professional Attire

Wear modest, comfortable attire suitable for clear posture demonstration.

7. Complete Class Structure

Balance invocation, joint warm-up, main asana, pranayama, and Savasana rest.

8. Personal Sadhana (Svadhyaya)

Maintain continuous daily self-practice and scriptural study.
