About Tadasana

How to Perform Tadasana

  1. Stand with big toes touching and heels slightly apart.
  2. Engage quadriceps and lift lower belly.
  3. Roll shoulders back, palms facing forward.
  4. Lengthen neck, chin parallel to the floor.
  5. Hold for 5-10 steady breaths.
