About Utkatasana

How to Perform Utkatasana

  1. Stand in Tadasana with feet together or hip-width apart.
  2. Inhale, raise arms overhead alongside ears.
  3. Exhale, bend knees deeply, shifting hips back as if sitting in a chair.
  4. Keep weight in heels and core engaged.
  5. Hold for 5 breaths, then press through heels to rise.
