How to Perform Trikonasana

  1. Step feet 3.5 to 4 feet apart. Turn right foot out 90 degrees.
  2. Inhale, extend arms parallel to the floor.
  3. Exhale, hinge from right hip crease over right leg.
  4. Rest right hand on shin or block; extend left arm toward ceiling.
  5. Gaze at left thumb or forward for 5-8 breaths, then switch sides.
