How to Perform Parsvakonasana

  1. From Warrior II, inhale to lengthen spine.
  2. Exhale, rest front forearm on front thigh or hand on a block outside ankle.
  3. Sweep top arm forward and overhead, creating a straight diagonal line.
  4. Rotate chest open toward ceiling.
  5. Hold for 5 breaths, then switch.
