How to Perform Dhanurasana

  1. Lie on stomach with feet hip-width.
  2. Bend knees and grasp outer ankles with hands.
  3. Inhale, kick shins back into hands, lifting chest and thighs.
  4. Gaze forward with shoulders away from ears for 3-5 breaths; release on exhale.
