How to Perform Halasana
- From Shoulder Stand, exhale, hinge from hips lowering straight legs overhead to floor.
- Touch toes to floor behind head (or onto a block/chair).
- Keep hands on back or interlace fingers on mat.
- Hold for 5-8 breaths, then roll down slowly.
