How to Perform Virabhadrasana II

  1. Step feet 4 feet apart; turn front foot out 90 deg, back foot slightly in.
  2. Inhale, extend arms at shoulder height.
  3. Exhale, bend front knee over front ankle.
  4. Press back foot outer edge into mat; torso upright.
  5. Gaze over front fingertips for 5-8 breaths.
